Dear guests,

To ensure a comfortable stay at our hotel please follow next guidelines:

Check-in and check-out
Time of check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00.
Time of check-out is from 7.00 to 11:00.

Terms of reservations
When submitting an online reservation, the guest must provide us with an active e-mail address. When submitting the reservation,the guest authorizes us to use it for the purposes of notification and verification related to the reservation. In the event that guestis not available by e-mail, telephone, or. provides us with an incorrect or invalid e-mail address, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Payment and terms of cancellation

Individual reservations (up to 5 rooms)

Option 1: "FREE cancellation - payment at the hotel"
This payment and cancellation option is only available for reservations of up to 5 rooms (individual reservations). You can cancel such a reservation without any cancellation fee up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.
In case of cancellation within the 24 hours before the arrival or in case of non-arrival, the first night will be charged. Payment at the hotel (reception) is possible by credit card or cash (EUR only).

Option 2: "No refund"
Non-refundable reservations require a full prepayment at the time of the reservation, later cancellations or changes to the booking are not possible. If the credit card details are incorrect or the card cannot be charged for other reasons, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation. If the reservation includes contact information, the hotel will inform the customer and request new credit card information. If the guest cancels or changes the reservation or in case of non-arrival at the hotel, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Group reservations (more than 5 rooms)

All reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to special payment and cancellation policies.
- For reservations made more than 30 days before arrival, a 30% deposit is required. The paid deposit is refundable for up to 30 days before arrival, but a later free cancellation is no longer possible and the paid deposit becomes non-refundable (cancellation fee). The remaining amount of 70% (or difference) must be prepaid up to 14 days before arrival and is fully non-refundable.
- For reservations made up to 30 days before arrival, an immediate advance payment of the full amount is required, and is non-refundable.
An estimate for the advance payment and additional information will be sent to your e-mail address by our reservation department (recepcija@hotel-baron.si; Tel.: 01 292 6080). Prepayment is possible by bank transfer or credit card. If the contact details provided are not valid or active, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.

Any additional offers we provide are only available on request and depend on the availability.

Hotel stay rules

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, a ‘commitment to tranquillity’ applies in the guest rooms and common areas of Hotel Baron. As a result of justified complaints from other guests due to excessive noise, the noisy guests must leave the hotel immediately and will not be receiving a refund.

Smoking is not allowed in Hotel Baron.

In the case of smoking (regardless of the substance), a cleaning fee of 200 EUR will be added to your bill.

We make a special effort to provide clean rooms for our guests. In case of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay for cleaning in the amount of at least 50 EUR.

Additional room charges will be charged upon check-out.

Parking in our parking spaces, next to the hotel, is free and at the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle as the hotel is not responsible for any potential damage.
Pets are allowed up to a maximum weight of 10 kg and a subject to prior confirmation (depending on availability due to a limited number of rooms - only 2 pets at a time can stay in the hotel). The additional fee for a pet is 25 € per day.
